Freddy was raised on Cape Cod before enlisting as a Combat Medic in the U.S. Army. After service, he spent a decade in the Pacific Northwest honing his experience in customer service. He uses his extensive background in scheduling to assist clients with year-round home maintenance.
When not at work, Freddy enjoys cooking, cheering on the Red Sox (preferably at Fenway), and spending time with his nieces and nephew.
