Whether you are at home or traveling, Cataldo Custom Care will provide expert custom care for the routine management of your home.
Our basic service package includes:
- Bi-monthly or weekly inspections
- Air-conditioning/heating system checks
- Security System Checks
- Security System Response
- Landscaping and Pool Checks
- Plumbing Fixtures
- Pest Control
- Seasonal Irrigation Adjustments
- Monthly written comprehensive report
Absentee package will include all of the above as well as a weekly inspection.
- Home opening and closing service
- Interior and exterior cleaning service including window and outdoor furniture
- Shuttle service
- Auto/ marine service
- Adjusting lighting and thermostats for the season
- Alarms
- Storm protection
Fees for the above services are on an individual basis. We are willing to work with any existing contractual service that you may already have in place.
