2.  Transfer of all utility accounts to your name

3.  Testing of all appliances, Audio/Video systems, alarm, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and lighting equipment

4.  Training sessions on all equipment for as long as it takes

5.  A final walk through with the architect and designers

6.  First winter and spring house and system checks at no charge
