Please print the following letter as an inspiration to do good:
It is rare when you find someone to keep a 25 year old promise, but that is just what Ralph Cataldo, the president of Cataldo Builders did for my 93 year old mother.
Years ago, after renovating her cottage near Town Beach, my mother received a note from Mr. Cataldo saying that he would be glad to help her in the future. When the water pipes burst in the cottage last month, a small bedroom had to be gutted and re-built. She called on Cataldo Builders.
You may know that Mr. Cataldo now builds multi-million dollar custom homes, but when he heard of my mother’s plight, he came right over and assigned his field manager, Bob Barrett to take charge of all the repairs.
Together they turned a misfortune into a delightful friendship. Their work was fast, efficient, top quality, neat and friendly. All traits that a 93 year old woman can truly appreciate.
I think this is a great story that inspires the good that can be done in everyday events by people who take the time to care. Thank you.
