This letter has been long in coming after building two substantial houses and a condominium thrown in for good luck. This communication takes the form of a “thank you” for your support and interest in our projects.
Building houses and expensive ones, from architect plans requires relationship confidence on both parts, the builder and the client. Both have to be open, businesslike and have a respect for the individuals involved on both sides and most important, work together to “get the job done” at the level of craftsmanship that is promised and is executed. YOU HAVE ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT QUALITY, ON TIME DELIVERY AND GUARANTEE FOR THE FINAL PRODECT IS ASSURED. Both Syrul and I have appreciated your interest in our projects and the true relationship is realized once a project is completed. When there is a problem, you are there to solve it. I also want to mention that your associates – Julie, Maribeth, Peter, Bobby and others all foster the same commitment to excellence that you have. You have taught them well.
