Cataldo brings out the best in all of the people who work with and for him
Having worked with Ralph and his team for the past ten years it is a pleasure to write a testimonial for him. I will mention only briefly Ralph’s more practical talents, which include his considerable building skills and an unusual ability to complete jobs on time and within budget. Though his projects can be highly detailed, I have never been on a job with him that was not finished to the customer’s complete satisfaction. But, what I think is most special about Ralph is his ability to bring out the best in all of the people who work with and for him. He is a gifted manager and has put together a unique company, which is both professional and friendly. Everyone you meet, from Julie in the office to Peter, Bobby and Kenny in the field all seem to love what they do. And as a group, they all share a common goal, which is to treat each customer with consideration and every project as special.
