Dear Ralph,
Well, we made it through the trials and tribulations of putting an addition on an existing house. All in all, we are very pleased with the outcome.
Jan & I both feel that John Dvorsack did us a favor in recommending your company to us for this project. From the beginning, from our initial meeting with you, dealing with your employees as well as the subcontractors – not to mention the special circumstances surrounding the conservation needs and the duel building permits, overall it was a good experience.
Julie and Maribeth are such a “breath of fresh air” whenever we called. Each being so helpful and knowledgeable and they always responded quickly and efficiently to our inquiries.
Finally, what can be said about Ken that you have not already heard before! What a key person he was in the entire project. Cool and steady, managing the subcontractors and other workers. His patience in addressing Jan’s questions and weekly list of “to do’s” as well as his overall expertise and knowledge about building are remarkable. Thank you for assigning him to our project!!!
