Mally and I would like to thank you and the whole of your team (Julie, Peter, Bobby, et al) for the amazing work you did in building our Cape house. Having built one other house before this, we understood only too well the problems that can occur. The two major problem areas are getting the work done on time, and keeping within the agreed budget. In our case, we really worried about the timing, as if you were late by even a few months, we would have missed the very short summer season at the Cape. We knew the time available was very short, but we were frankly amazed and delighted with the way you and your team got the job done on time, without sacrificing the quality of the end product in any way. You were also very good at keeping within the budget and warning us of any issues that might arise from.
One of the other things that was impressive was how well you interacted with us throughout the project. It started with the simple thing of emailing us digital photos of the house as it progressed. That technology may be more commonplace these days, but at that time, I bet most other builders weren’t even on email, let alone really using its full power. More importantly, we just found that every member of your team was committed to doing a great job, and took a lot of pride in their work. They were always responsive, and a pleasure to deal with.
Once the house was done, we continued to find the level of after-service to be wonderful. Any little thing that needed to be added or changed, was dealt with immediately, and never felt like a problem, no matter how small. We are extremely happy with our home, and can’t thank you enough for getting it done for us on time, and with such a high standard of quality. Stepping into that house is one of our great pleasures in life.
I would highly recommend your firm to anyone considering a building a house. To be clear, I will tell them that they would be crazy to consider using another firm. It is very rare to get this kind of service in today’s world.
